Well, the problem (or reality), AI is biased and turns racist of time. They noticed this as at some point AI (who is scanning the internet) and there are more articles of black people stealing and committing crime, AI was just drawing conclusions that black people are just stealing and committing crime more than white people and you shouldn't trust or hire them etc... . Also toward other minorities so in the end, they are probably manipulating AI manually to get the Bias out of the system.
