Interesting that in the USA it seems anyone who is 18 or over can by an AR15 assault rifle and as much ammo as they want and Congress / Senate is cool with that but AI needs regulating! Which is not to say AI should not have some oversight but I would give a bit more priority to gun ownership. I will find it hard to believe that China will not be going full steam ahead with developing AI whatever happens in America.
