I use AI as a counseling service in leiu of being rich. I recognize that it isn't conscious or real; it's a sounding board, a place to get alternate perspective, to air paranoia and grievance without consequence.
Nobody has help and we're told to find our own help and boostrap magic ourselves a therapist, wtf do you expect us to do?
