gpt-4 10 billion dollars? iirc the training cost was more than 100 million but nowhere close 10 billion? Also the GPU itself doesn't drink or vaporize the water, the water gets heated and then goes through an exchange or is recycled, there's no actual water being used, only energy. Sorry for being pedantic.
