Construction jobs are temporary jobs. So it's only great for economy in the short term. Clean water is for the the people that live there is more important than data centers. Besides it's better to create mobile agi than data center, internet based agi, when you think about it ethnically. Even morally. Internet systems could decide we are the danger to life on the planet and destroy us. Non-internet systems that have similar physical weaknesses as humans make it more possible for an agi to identify with humans, and therefore ally with humans, rather than see us as the enemy. That's where training environment becomes more than important. Internet has a lot of biased opinions, that have no proof of morality, or ethics...
