I somewhat disagree about, creativity is about seeing/connecting analogies of things.
In my experience creativity is about sifting through analogies and more often than not, actually ignoring analogies. The compost heap is an excellent example , comparing to an atom bomb produces a) very little (although some) actual decent conversation or philosophy. b) If you were to interpret something either i) more interesting and discard the idea altogether, or ii) try and look deeply into why they are so different you come up with something more creative.
Essentially this is a start, but a start to what? I am not totally dismissive of Ai of course. But I think the above stands true. At the moment all I can see is a machine that does pointless tricks that seem smart, and also intwined has the capability to randomly break and cause a nuclear war. Both of which are not intelligent. Just rather than artificial intelligence artificial Spasms.
