For some reason people focus more on the rogue AI part of the video. But that's not the point. Not even the swarms. Those are easily countered by an EMP. What I find most interesting is how easily the drones we have today could be repurposed for assassinations. They are fast, they are agile, they are relatively cheap and are easy to make (check out a video of a guy making a flying cardboard box). You don't need a fancy AI or exotic explosives to kill a man. A drone made of consumer-available parts is absolutely capable of carrying a molotov cocktail or some other homemade explosive. They can be remotely controlled or pre-programmed, follow a path or lie in wait. I wonder when will the first drone-based terrorist attack happen.
