1. How do you think that you cN restrain/limit ai that is teaching itself to learn as u stated and so faster than we can imagine.
2. There isn't any way that the people . Aka government to be involved to regulate when they are the main group that abuses these powers! This has and is proven.
3. I think this is a bad bad mistake! Your trying to limit something that is started, developed my the limitations of man!!
The ai will and is not and will not be something you can limit/contain. Its designed to learn!!! This makes me sick really and has lready been abused any other is naive really. The man himself said we really don't know what's to happen ad sounded like oh well I guess we'll just find out after its to late. Not knocking his intelect or him personally.
