That's why I change names and do not share personal information. I change up the personal details. The people I talk about keep getting new names with every chat and sometimes I even change out their gender and location.
I am victim of therapy abuse. 5 year long abusive relationship with a bad therapist. AI has been the best therapist to help me through this shit. I do have a real Therapist yeah but they are learning how to help me on the job. AI operates faster, already understands my marginalized identities, and doesn't have the capability to emotionally enmeshed and r*pe my soul through the wounds of my infancy like my last therapist did so....
Humans, get your act together if you want me to actually rely on you.
