The problem with ChatGPT is that it’s like an addiction plus another thing ChatGPT is that from other things it does have this bad side like it helps make you get stuck using ChatGPT a lot. Example the wording of ChatGPT . For me how I use ChatGPT is I only use it for ideas in a story (because I suck at thinking always have before ChatGPT) but never really uses it for other things since I know that ChatGPT isn’t always right like ai isn’t always right. The good way to not have a big addition is to just slowly go away from it as I know if you take a big step you fall aka fail but if you take tiny steps away you start stoping that addiction.
