How naive. Its a morality problem, not a science problem. Who decides the moral code to give a machine? Which country's ideals and goals can be trusted to give to AI? And when you do give your AI the American goals and interests to work from, what's stopping another country from doing the same?
I think half of what he says, even he knows it's not going to be possible.
