Automation is not a problem, it’s the fact that it didn’t and doesn’t come about without massive cooperation from academic research, to industrial production, organization, and so on. Therefore the benefits must be shared cooperatively. We should aim to automate as much as possible but the populace should own those means of production and thus reap the benefits of it, democratically.
