am i the only one reeeaaally intrigued by this topic lately. to me, it raises the question of how humans will react to ai being sentient, especially after this new era of ai really being experimented with.
i personally think humans are too selfish and ignorant that there will be strong prejudice towards them. as we've seen in history time and time again (4:59-5:27).
but to prevent it, all it takes is thinking and awareness. but instead humans like to jump to conclusions before thinking rationally and with empathy (out of fear, perhaps feeling threatened by the other beings' potential power, and entitlement)
