Bonjour, j’apporterai un p’tit bémol, Tout n’est pas question de discipline ou de décision perso. Même dans les soi-disants problèmes contrôlables il y a des choses que tu ne pourras jamais contrôler. Par ex faire plus de sport , ce n’est pas forcément se bouger le cul et trouver du temps. Quand tu as une journée pro prenante et une vie de famille prenante tu ne peux pas toujours trouver des créneaux pour faire plus de sport. Sinon tu deviens égoïste et tu dis à ton conjoint de se demerder. Pareil pour monter un projet, ta vie pro, familiale et sociale peut avoir un impact sur cette volonté de créer un projet. Et aussi tes capacités cognitives et mentales. Tu auras beau avoir toute la sagesse ou volonté du monde, si tu es dys, tdah, borderline, dépressif ou autres par exemple, ça peut-être vraiment limitant et impactant dans la vie de tous les jours. Ce qui me semble effectivement important c’est de lâcher prise, de se dire que ça peut prendre du temps (surtout dans une société où on montre la réussite et non le chemin parcouru) et de se déculpabiliser. On n’a pas tous la même vie, le même environnement social et familial et les mêmes facultés. Il faut parfois se foutre la paix et laisser couler.
