AI has been a huge and powerful tool for our agency. Of course we cannot allow AI to do what is essential for our daily operations or impacts our processes, but when it comes enhancing our productivity and lowering the resources needed to operate at the highest level possible, it has been priceless. I agree wholeheartedly with the issues that were named, we see and experience them daily. Which is why it isn’t and shouldn’t been seen as a replacement, but more so as a tool.
