I think Cenk and his minions are barking at shadows. The WHOLE point of driverless cars is that they will be a LOT SAFER than cars driven by idiot humans, some of them drunk some of them hard up for sleep, some of them distracted by children, etc. Once they get the software down, we will ALL be much safer and it would be a SHAME if legal issues continued the maiming and killing of human beings for years beyond necessity. But lawyers don't care, so long as they get their fees.
