This completely makes sense. If we lose the majority of our jobs to full automation, which could happen within the next 35 years, a majority of people will have no work and plenty of free time. I'm curious to see the results of these cities that have implemented UBI. It is a new concept, but paying for goods and services with money was once a new concept in a world where bartering was the norm. So, it doesn't hurt to experiment.
