I would rather see a world filled with self-driving cars than human driven ones since humans are in many cases dumb and end up killing a lot of people every year, while a self-driving car may have an accident, i am sure it won't be nearly as awful as current car crashes that humans cause.
Ethical or not, self-driven cars will reduce deaths in trafic and make it safer for everyone, ethical dilemmas should be "solved" by majority vote in my opinion(People voting, not corrupt politicians), but i am sure that won't come to pass.
