look, there is a simple solution here, the robot should not even attempt those kinds of decisions, if it those then, i believe, there is proper ground to sue the company or take legal action against the company for the deaths and damage caused (in either case) , so it would be dumb for companies to take this route, the're thousands of car accidents a day, they'll be out of bissness in no time. Furthermore These kinds of decisions are for individuals to make, the car should just turn to manual and let the driver make the decision.
