I hope I'm dead before AI really becomes a thing. It wouldn't take very long for a machine to become smarter than the smartest people on this planet. Then what happens? They wouldn't matter anymore. A machine can do what they can do and better, they are obsolete at that point.
And if the smartest people in the world become obsolete, what does that make the rest of us?
