While it can be agreed that it is unethical to stop or stent progress. Progress is a multi-directional system, AI or Artifical Intelligence is a scary thought, but would progress of AI change to a more biotic computing, in that instead of a building a computer why not be the computer itself. It is a known fact that we have yet to make a computer that can run as fast or as efficiently as the human brain so why not use the brain itself to be the computer and render the need for AI be irrelevant.
