A Robot is a tool, if a robot needs A.I then it's for TASK given, Why would it need feeling? ...true if we create A.I capable of self learning and it does reach a point of developing this ideas...well, it's still a tool, If we start creating tools that eventually will have equal rights therefore cannot be use for what they were created, then we will start again creating new tools that will do what we need but with no A. I or with an A.I just capable enough of complete complex task, if not we will start and endless loop that makes no sense
