Jimmy, sweetheart, baby. You are out of touch with technological advancements and current RnD. We will have robots and drones doing everything you listed and quite possibly within your lifetime... manual labor will be better performed by AI driven machines than humans. Nobody is expecting the self-driving car transform into an autobot and walk up your stairs when a delivery drone or group of drones can deliver, like a swarm of bees, all packages on a street without ever having to stop the truck.
