There is NO reason, NONE at all, why they should chose to create A.I that has the appearance of a human. It feels as if we humans, are so obsessed with our almighty awesomeness, that we love it when other life forms copy us. Mostly, we see cute things, animals doing something in a human like manner. But interestingly with A.I, it is their creator who chooses their appearance, their creator who chooses to mimic a human, and yet why is this?
Robots are robots, and humans and humans. Why integrate the two? Humans aren't all that fantastic after all...
