One conclusion I think I can reach is that ALL self-driving cars should follow the SAME code of ethics. If you have to decide on the garage forecourt whether you buy a car which prioritises your life, or the lives of other road users, this is would be extremely challenging.
All manufactures should agree to code their cars decision-making the exact same way when it comes to moral decisions about best mitigating injuries.
