For an Artificial Intelligence class I wrote a term paper addressing implementing moral concepts in an intelligent machine. I would have liked to see Isaac Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics expressed as predicate calculus and turned into a LISP program. Asimov originally thought of these laws as a safety feature for robots as intelligent appliances.
