Why are people so afraid of self driving cars? In the U.S. alone there are over 20,000 car accidents every day and well over 90% of those (i feel it's 99.9%) are do to human error mostly distracted drivers and drunks, self driving car could not do any worse. I personally would feel much safer knowing the cars were doing the driving.
