Sometimes higher has prices are complicated. It has to do with geopolitics, so of course it's complicated. Only on very rare occasion can the cause be traced back to one person, or even one group of people.
This is not one of those times. Trump chose this, and he lied about Iran's nuclear capabilities several times to make it happen.
Claiming we need to attack Iran now to keep them from getting nukes makes zero sense after we already claimed to have taken that capability away. It's literally one of two things:
1. When we declared victory we were wrong.
2. When we declared victory we were lying.
Either way... how do we know when we have *truly* taken away their nuclear capability. We can't trust our government to know/tell the truth when that's the case. So when does this war end? Anyone remember the 70s?
