There are far more technologies that have failed because enough people rejected them than the ones that stuck. It's hard to cite examples, well, because we all have forgotten them decades ago. Also, everything points out that the younger are the ones leading the rejection, because their world is being destroyed by AI in front of their eyes, and the older ones, due to sheer ignorance, tend to be to ones who are still stuck in awe and asking for more "magic" AI tricks.
