Seems like consciousness to people, academic or not, swings between just experiencing literal integrated perception using the sensors we have, and the awareness of experiencing literal integrated perception using the sensors we have.  Why can we seemingly be aware of our experience of integrated perceptions. Versus just experiencing perception like other life. I never hear people making this distinction. It's always just "consciousness," with no clear definition. Is consciousness in a robot, just experiencing? Or is it the awareness of experiencing? How would we ever pinpoint what "experiencing" even means to something without being it.
