well yea but plumber is just an example. It really is intended to mean "a labor based job that requires some level of judgement". Like a glassblower could fall into that category, but I don't know if it requires any actual judgment (i.e. I think glassblowing could be mostly automated, but idk). Could just as easily be something like dentist, electrician, caterer, real estate agent, construction worker, or any number of jobs.
