Well, no...
I mean it's not like it actually costs Microsoft an amount per user. They set the price that maximises how much users are going to pay them. There's a sweet spot they hope to hit where a price increase or decrease will result in less money due to either fewer users or less income per user.
So even if users are using AI, the value to them is the same.
