Now add in bought Reddit accounts giving fluff "If you aren't using X, you're already behind" comments and upvoting these astroturf posts, it becomes easy to see why so many CS subs are in the dire state they are in right now. I didn't realise how bad it was until I saw a question in my local country sub asking fellow devs about their experience with AI in the workplace. For the first time I felt like I was actually reading comments by real people who weren't part of the weird AI culture war has consumed so many CS subs.
