I think the best option is to use Firefox with certain settings, or, if you prefer something based on Chromium, Brave is the best choice, provided you disable features such as AI, Wallet and Rewards in the browser’s advanced settings; Helium is also very good, along with Waterfox and Floorp; Vivaldi is almost like Google Chrome with customisation options, but rather weak in terms of privacy and security.
