I wonder how do they measure that "improvement"? Is it making anyones life better in a long run? I am sure they keep their algorithms busy, but what's the actual point? All their crap is going to be applied as a weapon first and foremost, and lead to mutual self-destruction because preemptive action is rational. We can see the demo in Iran.
