I agree. I am 4 years into my career, and when I first started I had to code everything by hand. Now I use AI sure but I double check any changes it makes but with good prompting it usually nails whatever I ask. My junior colleagues don't have the knowledge or experience to use AI in the same manner. They just guess or assume. I feel this will be a common issue moving forward with juniors as they haven't experienced a world where they have to problem solve themselves and understand what causes certain problems.
