Yup. I just fucking snapped the other day when my vibe coding teammate fucking used AI to generate his title for his fucking PR. And when I asked him if the cases were tested, he couldn't give me an answer. And his PR title is totally inacurrate. He doesn't fucking know what he's doing. AI is putting a smokescreen on who can do the actual shit versus who don't. I use AI myself and it can't be helped because that's where we're going but the rising number of incompetents walking among us are growing as well. Enforce standards, review sessions, and actually ask people if they know what they're doing. And if they keep failing, leave a paper trail so it's escalated to management so they get culled.
