I was very reluctant to use AI at first and I still think it's overhyped, but I'm starting to use it a lot now. You still need a human to review everything but it is more than good enough to be a productivity booster. One thing I really like about it is it can give you new ideas that you wouldn't have considered otherwise, and catch edge cases that you may have overlooked. It's also fantastic for writing things like unit tests.
