From the sound of everyone else here, my workplace seems to be an outlier. Management is, of course, pushing AI down on everyone, but delegating the scope of its usage to the senior devs. We've all collectively been allowed to pretty much tell the juniors "use it however much you want or don't want; just make sure you're still getting tickets done and that nothing you push to PR is bugged, because we'll flag it regardless of whether it's AI or not." Unofficially though, most of us are just telling the other devs to treat it as a stack overflow search engine so that their skills don't rot.
