This is what’s being missed , the IR6 contract relevant here is AWS/Palantir cloud which Anthropic was essentially ap parties to. It’s modified-GRPO/RL sonnet 4.5 + Palantir.
And also, Azure/Openai have had the same IR6 clearances on the same cloud since 2025. , what changed or necessitated a new contract was more about who Palantir is using, and less about the DoW itself.
