I finally did as well (yesterday). I’d been thinking about it since I found out about OpenAI execs contributing money to support Trump. The news about the Pentagon and Anthropic was the final straw. Canceled ChatGPT and paid for a full year of Claude. I use Claude at work a lot but had gotten a lot of use out of ChatGPT in my personal life but if OpenAI can use their money for Trump I can use my money to support their competitor.
