AI is great at interpolation, looking through its training set and repeating what it's seen. It does a poor job of extrapolation.
The "training set" on nuclear weapons and the actual strategic and human consequences of their use is actually not at all understood by humans, much less machines, and this is a great example as to why we should not let machines make such decisions.
