This reminds me of that copypasta about a dude at college whose class got tasked with building a simple “ai” that would play poker and they would all play against each other. Everyone created increasingly complex models to try and win and ultimately the dude that won simply gave it one command to always go all in which apparently broke every other machine and they all folded.
