They made these programs to take your data and sell it to governments and corporations. There is nothing in their TOS preventing this, and it is not subject to privacy laws because you are not talking with a person.
You are literally asking for this to happen if you use ChatGPT or other similar programs and are not incredibly careful with what you input regarding your personal life. Even then, they will be tracking your tastes in relationship to your IP.
