You write with an accent of an LLM. --- My conspiracy theory is that all these CEOs gambled too much of their PERSONAL stock portfolio into AI, and are now making their companies sign contacts with said AI companies, in order to inflate the value of THEIR OWN PERSONAL ASSETS. Firing workers is unrelated to AI. CEOs will do anything if it gets the stock value up another quarter. --- Corporate leadership training videos are starting to be made with AI scripts now...and I'm not mad about it. There's content boasting the "value-add" of "diversity & empathy"...ironic. Encouraging corporate leadership to treat their underlings like human beings! (apparently a novel idea!) Surely there has to be a way for public companies to dethrone CEOs with AI models...right? Policies enacted by human CEOs of today are inhumane and ineffective for financial success, compared to what the AI models recommend. My company is doing layoffs right now, on orders of the CEO. 500 people, mostly senior-level, are going to be losing their jobs, at a time when nobody in the industry is hiring mid-level roles. cruel. The company's stock value has not decreased since 2020. Meanwhile, we're getting conflicting employee-level marketing(propaganda) telling us to be excited for CHANGE! That PEOPLE MATTER 🌈 ugh Mid-level project managers are flinging out AI-generated projects left and right, like reaching out for a life raft that'll prove they can WEILD AI. Like a new-age tool that will keep you relevant. make you look like an Asset to the company. But, alas, the CEO has already decided their fate. 🥲 The Great Pruning is upon us. 👻 We are nothing but data points, to the human executives. 💲 We are data points, to an AI Agent. 📈 I can't wait for the first headline to come up: "Company X hires an AI Agent as it's CEO!" Imagine the stock market hype. We just need ONE CEO to jump first, publically annouce that they're stepping down from the role and appointing an AI agent i
