People, with no possessions, land (all land will be owned by the upper class), access to buyable land, or anywhere to legally go as a homeless person, will have to steal or at least trespass to exist, so they will be mowed down by the killer robots. The trillionaire class may keep a stable of engineers and mechanics on hand to handle non routine maintenance. Those invested in the robotics companies may be able to get by for some time by selling their shares and buying extremely cheap goods, but eventually they will be unable to pay the landoverlods, and into the mountain of human skulls they go. As America’s population dwindles down to a few invested in the robotics corporations, the government becomes hollowed out. The trillionaires and their robot armies become the working means of force and the only law. The robotics corporations go to war with each other with no government that can effectively stop them. In the end, only a few quadrillionaires exist lording over a barren landscape. Eventually they kill each other off over inheritance feuds until the population dwindles to the point of genetic inviability, and the robot army forever guards the land from a species that no longer exists.
