Is this a meme? AI models can be ran locally and not give data back to the company. Major companies using AI are not just sending their sensitive customer, financial, employee, and IP data back to another company.
As for the military, there have been tools for a couple years for non-classified data. For example, using it to help write your annual performance review statements. Impoper data handling gets you sent to prison. A good recent example would be the national guardsman who posted documents to a discord server.
