This is so far beyond Reddit’s pay grade. I’m so sorry for your brother. He deserves justice, compassion and love from family and the community. I hate to say it, but I’m also sorry for your cousin. At 10 years-old, she was a victim of abuse herself and was only acting out what she knew. She was not old enough to actually form criminal intent or to understand the consequences of her actions against your brother. I suspect that regardless of her callous responses on social media, she probably lives with a great deal of shame herself. I hope you all find the help you need to move forward. I suggest focusing on counseling and involving police rather than trying to extract revenge by tarnishing your cousin via social media. That will only increase the hurt.
