I mean AI data centres are the most useless infrastructure in this day and age. But hey if it brings 100s or 1000s of jobs amongst the same countless children pumped out, why not. No use crying over spilt milk.
I just hope the building uses proper water infrastructure for colling wothout hurting the water table at the place where it is.
