I never really bought into the idea that SWE is going to be replaced by AI, but good luck convincing the hiring managers and CEOs that SWE **isn’t** replaceable by AIs. They’re damn well going to try anyways, and who knows how long it’s going to be until they realize it’s not going to happen. That’s my worry.
